Stateside Brands is seeking a proactive and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager, a key team member contributor in helping to develop, plan, and execute localized markets’ annual sales and marketing plans across the West region, primarily California, Arizona, and Nevada. This role is central to our mission, driving the development and execution of key marketing strategies that elevate consumer experiences and deepen brand engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Exceptional ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Deep understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry, including regulatory environments and marketing compliance
- Proven project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Off-Premise and On-Premise channel experience
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Availability to travel as required (Estimated 20-25%)
- Military experience is a plus
