Requirements

  • Officers, Engineers, Ratings, and Cadets holding valid STCW certificates
  • Experience with RoRo and RoPax vessels with associated services
  • Crew members with UK permits
  • Crew members with previous sea-going experience or newly qualified graduates
  • Individuals seeking permanent or voyage employment
  • Seafarers of all backgrounds—our recruitment is open, fair, and gender neutral
  • Commitment to contributing to a safe and efficient onboard operation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
