<h3>About the team</h3>

<p>The Audio Visual team at Stripe delivers best-in-class collaboration experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for the research and development of new AV experiences and standards, event production and operation, and project management ranging from office builds to technology rollouts. You'll join a highly specialized team of AV professionals working towards the implementation of an equitable, functional, and cutting-edge hybrid workplace.</p>

<h2>What you'll do</h2>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Research and develop AV technology standards across Stripe offices.</li>

<li>Serve as the primary escalation point for complex AV issues and incidents.</li>

<li>Maintain best-in-class in-office collaboration support through cross-functional teamwork.</li>

<li>Contribute to the development of scalable and efficient services and processes.</li>

<li>Participate in and support high-tier internal events, such as Stripe All Hands.</li>

<li>Ensure consistent global AV experiences using remotely managed technologies.</li>

<li>Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and sign-off of new office builds and retrofits.</li>

<li>Create runbooks and document processes for operational support teams.</li>

<li>Work independently and manage ambiguity to deliver high-impact projects.</li>

<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams in supporting workplace advancements.</li>

<li>Travel to offices as necessary for project work and event support.</li>

</ul>

<h2>Who you are</h2>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in an enterprise environment scaling build and deployment processes.</li>

<li>Experience in delivering, developing, and writing complex technical solutions.</li>

<li>High-level knowledge of AV hardware and software infrastructures.</li>

<li>Effective collaboration within a global team environment.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of streaming and event production workflows and protocols.</li>

<li>Ability to design and support complex production spaces and standardized conference room systems.</li>

<li>Experience managing multiple vendors globally to ensure timely project delivery.</li>

<li>Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.</li>

<li>Experience driving positive change within a global organization.</li>

<li>Leadership abilities with empathy and integrity.</li>

<li>Precise communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>CTS and CTS-D certification.</li>

<li>Q-Sys Level 1+ certification.</li>

<li>Dante Levels 1–3 certification.</li>

<li>Experience with QSC and Crestron programming.</li>

<li>Project management experience.</li>

<li>AV managed services oversight aligned with ITIL 4 frameworks.</li>
