<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and build tools that enable partner teams to interact more easily with the system.</li>
<li>Work with engineers across Stripe to launch new products or features.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Stripe’s engineering teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design and build tools and software that reduce friction in meeting onboarding requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of Software Engineering experience.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Position also requires the following:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5 years of experience in building software solutions at scale in Python, Ruby, Java, or similar;</li>
<li>5 years of experience in making trade-offs between user experience and technical constraints;</li>
<li>5 years of experience in translating business requirements into software designs;</li>
<li>5 years of experience in debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack; and</li>
<li>5 years of experience in building and maintaining production systems.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Salary: $224,000 - $336,000/yr.</p>
<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>
<p>40 hrs/week</p>
<p>Full remote work permitted.</p>
<p>Multiple Positions Available.&nbsp;</p>
