<p>Developer Experience and Product Platform (DEeP) org empowers all of Stripe's products with a shared product platform that can help with rapidly delivering high-quality, consistent, cross-product experiences across our UI and API surfaces. It focuses on providing a consistent and scalable developer experience that any developer can leverage to accelerate a customer's ability to create value from Stripe.</p>

<h2>What you'll do</h2>

<p>We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Organization Access Platform (OAP) team, focusing on security initiatives. In this role, you'll drive critical security programs across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of security features that protect our platform and users. This is a highly technical role requiring strong program management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.</p>

<p>Your role involves spearheading large-scale technical programs, solving intricate challenges, and ensuring successful product launches.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<li>Lead end-to-end program management for critical security initiatives including API key security, Account Takeover (ATO) prevention, login access controls, and other risk, security, and fraud prevention measures.</li>

<li>Drive cross-team dependencies and collaboration between security, fraud operations, and product engineering teams.</li>

<li>Track, communicate, and resolve program blockers across multiple workstreams.</li>

<li>Develop implementation roadmaps and execution strategies for complex security features.</li>

<li>Partner with engineering managers to define technical requirements and prioritize security enhancements.</li>

<li>Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness and security outcomes.</li>

<li>Facilitate decision-making processes when trade-offs arise between security, user experience, and development timelines.</li>

<li>Represent OAP security initiatives in cross-functional meetings and leadership reviews.</li>

<h2>Who you are</h2>

<h3>Minimum requirements</h3>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of technical program management experience with demonstrated success in security-focused initiatives</li>

<li>Experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies</li>

<li>Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, particularly in API security, authentication systems, and access controls</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences</li>

<li>Proven track record of influencing decisions across teams without direct authority</li>

<li>Experience working with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li>

</ul>

<h3>Preferred qualifications</h3>

<ul>

<li>Experience with payment systems, financial technology, or enterprise SaaS platforms</li>

<li>Knowledge of compliance requirements related to data security (SOC2, PCI, etc.)</li>

<li>Experience with identity and access management systems</li>

<li>Background in API development or platform security</li>

<li>Previous experience working on developer platforms or developer experience</li>
