<p>We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Senior Recruiter to join Temporal. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position during a pivotal stage of our growth, with direct visibility across executive leadership, hiring managers, and key business initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across engineering, go-to-market, and general operations functions. Working closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership, you’ll develop and execute recruiting strategies that uphold our commitment to hiring with intentionality and excellence.</p>

<p>Your efforts will have a direct impact on Temporal’s scaling trajectory, ensuring we bring in people who share our mission and values and contribute to our culture of excellence and belonging.</p>

<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Support hiring across our G&A and non-technical functions, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, adjusting your approach to meet different team dynamics.</li>

<li>Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments.</li>

<li>Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing in a fast paced and competitive talent market.</li>

<li>Source high-quality, diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, and tools like HireEZ, and open-source communities.</li>

<li>Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using our ATS (Ashby) to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process.</li>

<li>Provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal’s values.</li>

<li>Proactively identify and remove process bottlenecks, ensuring velocity without compromising quality.</li>

<li>Support onboarding transitions in collaboration with People Operations.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles.</li>

<li>Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure /dev-tool company </li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities.</li>

<li>Strong working knowledge of ATS (Ashby strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms </li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.</li>

<li>Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without dropping the ball.</li>

<li>Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams.</li>

<li>A strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with open-source communities or experience supporting developer-centric products, but curiosity and willingness to learn go a long way</li>

<h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>The estimated pay range for this role is $108,000 - $178,500</li>

<li>Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.</li>
