The primary purpose of the public area/lobby attendant associate is to take ownership for the appearance and condition of the common areas and service areas in Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago. The Host greets and escorts guests to tables in the restaurant, monitors the restaurant and all staff, and maintains a courteous and efficient operation of the restaurant. The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and team members by providing protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner. The busser is expected to warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, assist manager/host/ess in seating guests, and ensure the placement, delivery, and serving of all food and beverages. The Front Office Agent greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service, checks guests out of the hotel, and resolves guest challenges throughout their stay. The Director of Food + Beverage is responsible for reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, following payroll and essential sign-out procedures, and managing the food and beverage operations.
