About the Role

Thesis* is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to increase awareness, accelerate growth, and engagement across two portfolio companies (Lolli & Slice). You will lead our social media strategy for our two rewards products, responsible for building, executing plans that align to the portfolio objectives. Managing Lolli and Slice requires more than just catchy content — it’s about shaping narratives, guiding perception, and building trust in an environment where audiences are sharp, skeptical, and vocal. * Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across multiple owned social platforms and third party communities; Including X/Twitter, Discord, Reddit and more. * Develop and execute on a comprehensive social media strategy for Slice and Lolli and enhance brand awareness, online presence and engagement of each brand. * Strengthen brand perception and rebuild trust by addressing community feedback, improving sentiment across platforms (including review sites), and developing initiatives that highlight positive user experiences.

Requirements

  • >3 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers.
  • Proven experience in reputation management, with the ability to address negative sentiment, rebuild trust, and improve brand perception across social and review platforms.
  • Previous experiences with building & managing trust.
