Employees are invited quarterly to small group lunches with one of ten company executives. All employees and executives participate. The purpose is to have candid discussions about Widewaters Group Inc, our goals, and who we each are personally. We believe in getting to know one another to foster true caring beyond Widewaters Group Inc mission. As adults we spend more awake hours with our coworkers than we do with our families. We view ourselves as a second family to one another. Upcoming policy changes are now discussed in advance openly.
