Summary:
Millennium Tower, one of San Francisco's most iconic luxury residential towers, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead daily operations and help redefine luxury residential living through world-class hospitality and service excellence. The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious luxury high-rise association, Millennium Tower, located in San Francisco, CA. The Director of Operations ensures seamless delivery of luxury services to residents. This role requires a strong background in luxury hotel or hotel residences, with a particular focus on rooms division operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity for a Director of Rooms, Director of Residences, Director of Front Office, Hotel Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Executive who is ready to bring Forbes-level service standards into an exclusive luxury residential environment.
Ideal candidate MUST HAVE: Forbes background/experience with strong background from luxury hotel or hotel residences experience from a Forbes 4-Star or 5-Star hotel/resort maintaining Forbes standards, and service level delivery. Compensation: $110,000–$135,000 annual base salary depending on experience, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus and holiday bonus! Our comprehensive benefits package also includes complimentary parking, flexible scheduling, and additional employee perks such as dry-cleaning services. Schedule: This is a full-time onsite leadership role located at Millennium Tower in San Francisco.

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Because luxury service never stops, flexibility is required to support business needs, resident events, emergencies, and operational priorities, including participation in an alternating weekend leadership coverage rotation.
