Action is seeking a Project Coordinator (SB800 Reconstruction Support) to join our team. This role will support the successful planning and execution of major capital improvement and reconstruction projects at one of our premier luxury communities, One Rincon Hill, located in San Francisco. Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours based on operational requirements Job Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in providing exceptional hospitality, access control, and support to residents and guests while also serving as an onsite representative of Management during the SB800 Reconstruction and balcony balustrade replacement project. This position requires professionalism, punctuality, strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to ensure residents feel informed, supported, and well cared for during construction activities in their home. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will serve as the central point of contact of coordination between the onsite team, third party project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and residents ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule and well communicated.
