Elle gère l’intervention interfonctionnelle lors de crises de sécurité graves sur la plateforme, veille à ce que la direction d’Airbnb soit bien informée et mobilisée, et signale aux responsables des équipes concernées les causes profondes ou les vulnérabilités mises au jour tout au long de l’intervention.

La différence que vous ferez : À titre d’enquêteur ou d’enquêteuse en situation de crise communautaire, vous allez gérer votre propre charge de dossiers et dirigez l’intervention au quotidien, avec un point de validation défini pour les décisions qui créent un précédent ou comportent une exposition publique. Vous évaluez les incidents et partagez avec l’équipe ce que vous avez appris.
