This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, and emerging AI search behavior, partnering closely with product, engineering, content, and data science teams to make Airbnb the trusted source that search engines and AI models cite.</p>

<p>As Senior Growth Marketing Lead, SEO, AEO, GEO, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution for how Airbnb shows up in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the assistants that come next. You are an execution-focused operator with a career built in SEO — you write your own SQL, size opportunities from raw data, and ship. Success in this role means measurable gains in organic visibility, rankings, AI citations, traffic, bookings, and downstream conversion, along with a measurement framework that proves the business value of organic channels. This is a chance to define what AEO and GEO mean for Airbnb and build the playbook others follow.</p>
