Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

<p>We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead a team of marketing operations professionals and own the strategy and execution of our lead management and funnel processes. Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, you'll set the strategic direction of our lead management function while driving operational excellence across the organization. This is a people management role responsible for developing a team of 2–3 marketing operations professionals in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.</p>

<p>What You'll Do:</p>

<ul>

<li>Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 marketing operations professionals, setting priorities and holding the team accountable to goals.</li>

<li>Own the end-to-end lead management strategy — including lead scoring, funnel design, and lead nurturing — ensuring processes scale with the business.</li>

<li>Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, and business operations, representing the lead management function in senior stakeholder conversations.</li>

<li>Oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce, driving continuous optimization of workflows and establishing governance practices across the team.</li>

</ul>

<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>9+ years of B2B marketing operations experience with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.</li>

<li>2+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and retain talent.</li>

<li>Deep experience in lead management, marketing automation, and CRM systems.</li>

<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>

</ul>

<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>Experience building lead management processes in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.</li>

<li>Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.</li>

<li>Excellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.</li>

<li>Clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes.</li>

<li>HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications.</li>

</ul>
