<p data-path-to-node="1">The People Partner (Product & Engineering) serves as a dedicated partner to Individual Contributors (ICs) and Team Leads within core technology business units, supporting growth, team dynamics, and day-to-day organizational needs. This role collaborates closely with global HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Employee Experience to drive the execution of core people programs and employee lifecycle events. Operating within a global matrix environment with key cross-regional touchpoints, you will help scale and refine HR processes to support high-performing tech teams.</p>

<h2 data-path-to-node="2">Responsibilities</h2>

<p data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Act as a dedicated partner to Product and Engineering ICs and Team Leads, providing guidance on professional development, team dynamics, and employee relations.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,1,0">Facilitate the rollout of core people programs, including performance cycles, engagement surveys, feedback culture, and team lead coaching across designated departments.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="3,2,0">Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience to ensure seamless onboarding, welfare initiatives, and HR lifecycle operations.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="3,3,0">Facilitate employee focus groups and gather qualitative feedback to refine HR processes, elevate company culture, and support cross-functional global alignment.</p>

</li>

</ul>

<h2 data-path-to-node="4">Minimum Qualifications</h2>

<ul data-path-to-node="5">

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,0,0">2+ years of hands-on experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP), People Partner, or HR Generalist role within a fast-paced technology company.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,1,0">Direct experience supporting Engineering organizations with a demonstrated understanding of tech team dynamics and workflows.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,2,0">Proven track record of direct operational and strategic partnership with Individual Contributors (ICs) and Team Leads.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,3,0">Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.</p>

</li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0">Prior experience operating as an HRBP or People Partner in a global B2B SaaS or cybersecurity enterprise.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong>Experience working within a global matrix structure supporting LATAM (specifically Brazilian/Portuguese markets) or European teams.</strong></p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Hands-on experience facilitating employee focus groups, driving engagement surveys, and implementing culture initiatives.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience teams.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,4,0">Strong background in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, performance management cycles, and team lead enablement.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,5,0">Experience utilizing HRIS data and qualitative employee feedback to optimize HR workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.</p>
