Senior Product Manager (CAM)

<p>The Axonius Product Group seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, top-tier enterprise cybersecurity products. This role requires managing high-level strategic initiatives, defining the product vision, and driving execution across multiple engineering and business disciplines. The successful candidate will leverage technical expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions that directly address deep customer needs and advance the team's mission to enhance Axonius's B2B cybersecurity portfolio.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Define and articulate the <strong>product vision and roadmap</strong>, and drive execution throughout the development lifecycle to achieve measurable outcomes.</li>

<li><strong>Collaborate with customers</strong> to gather product requirements, direct the product roadmap, and enhance the overall customer experience.</li>

<li>Serve as the <strong>cross-functional leader</strong> for the product, partnering closely with engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams to deliver the final product.</li>

<li><strong>Manage product rollouts and learning processes</strong> while communicating project status, risks, and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders clearly.</li>

<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li><strong>4+ years of Product Management experience</strong> in a B2B or enterprise software environment.</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience in <strong>delivering software products or services at scale</strong> and successfully bringing them to market.</li>

<li>Strong <strong>technical background</strong> with hands-on experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li>

<li>Proven ability to <strong>manage complexity</strong> and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive alignment and execution.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with the <strong>cybersecurity domain</strong> or related areas such as networking, infrastructure, or IT.</li>

<li>Experience in <strong>defining high-level strategic product initiatives</strong> and diving into the necessary technical details.</li>

<li>Demonstrated skill in using <strong>customer empathy</strong> to identify and prioritize real customer needs for product development.</li>

<li>Experience partnering with <strong>local and remote teams</strong> across a development lifecycle.</li>

<li>A track record of <strong>strong writing and presentation skills</strong> for clear communication with diverse stakeholders.</li>

<li>Ability to act as an <strong>interdisciplinary problem-solver</strong> and keep teams focused on a core mission.</li>
