Director of Global IT Ops

<p data-path-to-node="1">The Director of Global IT Operations will lead our global IT Support and Systems Administration teams, serving as the strategic "face of IT" for a rapidly growing workforce. Reporting to the VP of Global IT & Systems, you will mature our service-facing technical functions by balancing high-level strategy with hands-on technical excellence. This role is pivotal in driving an automation-first culture that reduces user friction while maintaining a robust security posture across a cloud-native environment.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor a global, multi-site team of IT Support Engineers and Systems Administrators across the US and Israel.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operational Excellence:</strong> Drive daily operations and long-term roadmaps for support services, ensuring high-touch service delivery and metric-driven performance.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Automation & AI:</strong> Identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation frameworks for onboarding, offboarding, and routine ticket resolution to enhance efficiency.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Partnership:</strong> Act as a diplomat between IT and business departments to ensure IT is viewed as a strategic partner and enabler.</p>

<h2 data-path-to-node="4">Minimum Qualifications</h2>

<p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Extensive Leadership:</strong> 5+ years of experience leading global IT support and system administration teams in a high-growth technology company.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Foundations:</strong> 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in hands-on systems administration or IT operations.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Global Management:</strong> Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams (specifically US and EMEA) and a remote-first fleet.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Language Proficiency:</strong> Full professional English fluency for global stakeholder management and executive communication.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Advanced SaaS Expertise:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Zendesk.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Modern MDM Mastery:</strong> Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows environments, specifically using Jamf and Intune.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Implementation:</strong> Demonstrated ability to transition IT departments from reactive support to proactive, AI-powered service models.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scale Experience:</strong> Prior experience working in a global B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity company of similar scale to Axonius.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Vendor & Asset Management:</strong> Experience managing complex procurement, hardware lifecycles, and AV systems.</p>
