Requirements
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or risk management
- Industry certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, NIST CSF)
- Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
