About the Role

Shift Velocity Leadership: Manage the daily throughput, line-picking speeds, and safety parameters of a large, multi-cultural warehouse shift floor (including associates, helpers, and forklift drivers). Cross-Docking Efficiency Optimization: Monitor and clear receiving dock bottlenecks, maximizing vehicle turnaround metrics and cross-docking velocity to prevent warehouse congestion. Inventory Control & Cycle Counting: Lead systematic daily cycle counts and comprehensive stock reconciliation projects, auditing data variances inside the Warehouse Management System (WMS). HSE Blueprint Enforcement: Implement and monitor strict health, safety, and environmental protection protocols on the floor, conducting routine training for equipment handlers (e.g., reach trucks). Performance Metric Evaluation: Review individual and team productivity metrics, establishing clear daily performance targets to achieve shipping timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • 4–7+ years of dedicated professional field placement inside an automated distribution hub, third-party logistics (3PL) infrastructure, or high-volume retail fulfillment warehouse in the GCC.
  • Expert functional mastery of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS – Oracle/SAP), intermediate data manipulation metrics in MS Excel, and strong multicultural team management traits.
