Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with 2+ years full-time relevant experience.
- Alternatively, an Associate's degree in a related field with 2+ years of full-time relevant experience.
- Experience in a non-profit setting is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to form and nurture positive relationships with donors and co-workers.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information and maintain strict donor confidentiality.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical and creative thinker with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with donor databases (CRM) and Microsoft SharePoint is a major advantage.
- Occasional evenings and weekends are required to accommodate meetings and special events.
