Requirements
- Passion for helping older adults
- Ability to work in long-term care, assisted living, adult day, hospice, pharmacy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy settings
- Potential to move into nurse management and mentoring, as well as operational and compliance roles
- Opportunities for new graduates and 1:1 training with RN Managers
- Ability to work in a diverse workforce and community at any of our 40+ locations
- For Nursing Aides: No certification required initially; support to earn CNA certification
- For Therapy roles: Expertise in rehabilitation and restorative care
- For Culinary roles: Passion for cooking and creating healthy meals
- For Non-clinical roles: Organizational skills and dedication to support non-clinical aspects of the organization
