Companies are evaluated through employee sentiment surveys, public reputation signals from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, leadership assessment, and independent BPI review. The For Diversity certification applies additional criteria specific to the category, requiring demonstrated commitment and measurable outcomes in the relevant area.

What Happens After Certification?

Once certified, companies receive the Most Loved Workplace® badge for use on job posts, careers pages, LinkedIn, and all recruiting materials.
