Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in Chemical Industry is a plus
