CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics to lead our team in delivering data-driven solutions that optimize campaign performance and elevate client success. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of robust measurement and analysis plans, guide and mentor a team of talented analysts, partner closely with client and planning teams, streamline processes, and proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- 1-5 years of experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
