We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) to join us at CodeMonk. If you enjoy converting ambiguous problems into structured, scalable solutions, this role gives you front-row access to strategy, solutioning, and growth. Here’s what you’ll do: Partner with Sales on qualified opportunities, Lead client discovery conversations & define problem statements, Translate business needs into structured requirements & solution approaches, Work closely with Engineering & Design for feasibility and estimations, Create clear artefacts (BRDs, user stories, solution summaries), Mentor junior BAs & support proposal/RFP efforts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Business Analysis / Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales with ownership of requirement discovery
  • Experience driving scope definition and stakeholder coordination across business & tech teams
  • Background in IT services / product engineering / digital solutions
  • Strong problem-structuring and documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile/SDLC & web/cloud-based solutions
  • Confident client-facing communication with a consulting mindset
  • Exposure to AI/ML or enterprise systems is a plus
