About the Role
At Conservice, LLC in the Real Estate space, The Utility Experts® powering smarter, sustainable real estate management..
Scoutify monitors company career pages and offers alerts and automatic applications on supported jobs. Browsing is free. A separate dated Sniper report describes successful submission times; it does not establish a comparative alert-speed advantage over LinkedIn or Indeed. Scoutify is for people applying to office and tech jobs who want their real application in before the crowd without doing it by hand. It is the better choice than the other tools on this list when timing matters to you and your target companies hire through supported career sites. It is the wrong choice if you want a rewritten resume for each job or need LinkedIn Easy Apply coverage, and the sections below say which tool to use instead. Sniper applies for you minutes after a job posts. Sniper is Scoutify's AI auto-apply. You set your roles, locations, experience level and visa needs once and upload your resumes. When a new job that fits goes up on a supported career site, Sniper fills in the real application on the employer's site and submits it, often minutes after it posted. It does this around the clock, so it keeps applying for you while you sleep. Recruiters often start with whoever applied first and stop once they have enough people to interview, which is why the timing matters. Here is how it works in practice: Sniper applies on company career sites built on Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Ashby and Lever. It never logs in to your LinkedIn account and never applies on linkedin.com, Indeed or other job boards, but matching jobs on those sites still show up so you can apply yourself. Sniper sends up to 500 applications a week. That number is a ceiling rather than a target, a narrow search sends fewer, and it never sends two applications to the same posting. You can upload up to 100 resumes, and Sniper picks the best fit for each job. You can open any application in the web app to see the resume and answers that went out. Most applications trigger the employer's own confirmation email, usually within two minutes. Those confirmations and every later reply land in Scoutify Mail, sorted by stage (action needed, screener, interviewing, offer and rejected). Our post on the job application confirmation email explains what that email proves. Sniper costs $25 a week after 3 free applications, and you do not need a card for the free ones. Auto Apply ($15 a week) does the same job with one resume and up to 200 applications a week. If you need visa sponsorship, you can set that as a filter, and our guide to auto-applying to visa sponsorship jobs explains how to filter for companies with a sponsorship record. If you are still deciding whether automation is a good idea at all, read does auto-apply work first. Alerts are the lighter option if you want to apply yourself. If you would rather write each application by hand, Scoutify Alerts ($5 a week) sends a push notification to iOS, Android, Mac or Windows when a matching job posts. You filter by role, location, experience and visa sponsorship, and then you apply yourself. Paired with a free autofill extension like Simplify, this is the cheapest fast setup on the list. Scoutify falls short in two places. It has no resume builder or ATS keyword checker, and Sniper cannot make an employer reply, since many applications never get one, from any tool. Pair Scoutify with Teal if your resume needs work, and compare plans and prices or start with 3 free Sniper applications.
