The MIS Technician will provide level 1 support to DHHS’s internal customers. Critical to the operation, this Associate in this role will support System Administrators and Systems Engineers in the execution of tasks. They will also play a part maintaining and troubleshoot issues within DHHS’s rapidly expanding and changing infrastructure. This position requires one to execute tasks at a fast pace to ensure other Associates in DH can perform their duties.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of general IT experience in an enterprise environment.
Good experience in the security protocols, cybersecurity and mitigation techniques.
Good IT Networking experience to include, but not limited to structured cabling and OSI network layers, TCP/IP.
A+ Certification
Network+ Certification
Security+ Certification
Knowledge of monitoring systems.
Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and protect trade secrets.
Exceptional networking skills and knowledge.
