<p>Datadog is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused <strong>Associate Field Marketing Manager</strong> to support the West and Central NAMER region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event logistics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering seamless client-facing experiences.</p>

<p>As part of the NAMER Field Marketing team, you will own the execution and operational delivery of regional programs, including hospitality events, third-party sponsorships, vendor coordination, and scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box programs for emerging products. This role is critical in supporting pipeline-generating programs while enabling Field Marketing Managers to focus on strategic planning and product-aligned campaigns.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Support pipeline driving activities for target accounts, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through post-event follow-up</li>

<li>Coordinate hospitality events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, regional activations, and local programs</li>

<li>Manage vendors, contracts, shipping, inventory, on-site logistics, and budget tracking</li>

<li>Support scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box kits and repeatable regional playbooks</li>

<li>Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing Managers to align programs with territory priorities</li>

<li>Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in marketing and sales systems</li>

<li>Maintain documentation and help build processes that improve efficiency</li>

<li>Support execution of ancillary events, onsite meeting programs and larger Datadog programs including DASH, Summits, Datadog Live, and industry events like re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, RSA</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>1–2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, event coordination, or program support</li>

<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills</li>

<li>Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership over execution</li>

<li>Clear communicator who collaborates well across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams</li>

<li>Process-oriented and interested in building scalable systems</li>

<li>Familiarity with marketing or sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo) is a plus</li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas thoughtfully and clearly to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization</li>

<li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time</li>

Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
