About the Role: Work closely with DFI stakeholders to collect business requirement. Work closely with DFIQ product team to design together a digital solution with a customer-centric approach to deliver DFIQ digital roadmap. Participant into testing (UAT) cycle and report bugs or issues with stakeholders to DFIQ tech team to ensure digital product quality before go to market. Work with solution implementation partners on the development of training programs, FAQs, and user guides for internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

Undergraduate university students in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail media
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
