As a Senior Product Engineer I at Docebo, you aren't just writing code; you are the architect of a world-class SaaS platform that empowers millions to learn and grow. You’ll join a cross-functional team where your mission is to design and deploy solutions that push the boundaries of EdTech around Embedded Learning and Companion . By embracing "Near Zero Handovers," you will have the autonomy to see your ideas move from a whiteboard concept to a global production environment. Our Tech-Stack We build modern, scalable, and resilient products. Our ecosystem is diverse, and we believe in leveraging the best tools for the job. In this role, your day-to-day will be mainly focused on Angular development. Here is a snapshot of our technology stack: Core Backend: We power our services using PHP , Node.js (TypeScript) , and Golang . We are also embracing Serverless architecture, leveraging it specifically for our newest modules and features to ensure maximum scalability and speed of innovation. Frontend Ecosystem: Angular is our main framework for web applications, though some of our cross-functional teams build components using React . Mobile Development: We deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile experiences powered entirely by React Native . Cloud & DevOps: Our entire infrastructure is fully cloud-native and hosted on AWS . 🛠️ The Day-to-Day Engineer Excellence: Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions that enhance the core functionality of our global SaaS platform. Collaborate Without Borders: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA legends to turn visionary concepts into high-performing features. Champion Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and beautifully documented code while participating in peer reviews to keep our standards sky-high. Crush Technical Debt: Proactively engage in refactoring efforts to boost system performance and ensure our codebase remains maintainable and modern. Solve Complex Puzzles: Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, identifying and resolving issues quickly to ensure our users always have a smooth experience. Live the Agile Life: Fully immerse yourself in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep our momentum and goals perfectly aligned. 💪 Your Superpowers Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the frontend Technical Versatility: You bring proficiency in frontend technologies. Any experience with any frontend framework or library is also valued but you are willing to work with Angular . Agile Expertise: You thrive in Scrum environments and possess a clear understanding of CI/CD processes and rapid delivery. Testing Mastery: You have a passion for automation and experience with testing frameworks to ensure high-velocity delivery. Proactive Problem Solver: You have a "can-do" mindset and the diagnostic skills needed to fix complex issues with speed and efficiency.
