The Adventure Ahead 🚀 As our Product Designer for Content Experience , you will step onto a global stage to design the intuitive, AI-assisted workflows that power how the world's leading organizations create, manage, and discover learning content at scale. You won't just be tweaking interfaces; you will actively turn complex content operations into beautifully seamless, high-impact product experiences that make workplace learning feel like magic. Operating at the sweet spot of advanced interaction design and cutting-edge AI technology, your work will directly elevate how millions of learners build skills and grow their careers every single day. The Day-to-Day 💻 Lead the Charge: Drive the end-to-end design for key Content product features and complex workflows, transforming them from messy problem spaces into polished, shipped realities. Architect the Flow: Map out intricate content structures, intuitive screen transitions, and detailed product states so that content creators, reviewers, and learners always know exactly what to do next. Partner for Impact: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to navigate technical constraints, align on scope, and balance design ambition with real-world implementation. Design the AI Frontier: Craft seamless, human-in-the-loop AI workflows that empower users to generate, refine, and govern content while remaining confidently in control. Polish to Perfection: Prototype realistic feature states and design complete edge-case experiences—from empty states and localization needs to recovery paths—ensuring high quality before a single line of code is written. Shape the Language: Elevate our product vocabulary by designing clear labels, helper text, and feedback messaging that guide users through complex content operations effortlessly. Your Superpowers 🦸‍♀️ SaaS Wizardry: Bring a proven track record of designing high-complexity B2B SaaS, enterprise content platforms, authoring systems, or AI-assisted products. Systems Thinking: Showcase a stunning portfolio packed with complete feature flows, robust information architecture, and beautiful, implementation-ready interaction design. Ambiguity Navigator: Demonstrate the confidence to dive into loosely defined product problems, make tradeoffs visible, and proactively pull in partners when scope expands. State Master: Possess a meticulous eye for the details, skillfully designing for multiple user roles, permissions, error recovery, and accessible design system patterns. Collaborative Catalyst: Excel in a highly cross-functional environment, utilizing strong communication skills to explain the "why" behind your design decisions through the lens of user value and business impact. AI Curiosity: Bring a visible learning mindset and a passion for leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, explore concepts, and sharpen your own design craft. Bonus Points 🌟 Domain Expertise: Prior experience designing enterprise LMS tools, digital asset management (DAM), multimedia content creation workflows, or HR tech. AI Trailblazer: Past hands-on experience designing generated-output, content recommendation, or complex review and approval cycles. Design System Champion: A history of actively contributing to shared design systems, accessibility standards, or localized content patterns. Our Interview Process 🗺️ Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned. Step 2: A 45-60-minute video call with the hiring manager, where they’ll dig deeper into your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity. Step 3: A 60 minute Deep-dive and collaborative case study session. Step 4: Final conversation focusing on culture add, values alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
