The Production Associate at Ducommun Inc. in Appleton, WI is responsible for performing a variety of hand soldering tasks to all classes of assemblies, including surface mount, thru-hole, wires/modification, and rework using a microscope. The role involves providing leadership, supervision, coordination, and direction for operations to ensure conformance to quality standards, meeting delivery targets, and financial objectives. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, coordinating documentation, EIDPs (End-Item Data Packages), and quality assurance. The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all shipping activities to support production and customer delivery requirements. The Production Supervisor supervises, coordinates, facilitates, and provides leadership to employees directly or through Group Leaders, working closely with the test department to ensure quality standards are met. The Proposals Manager manages the department that develops proposals, often complex, primarily in aerospace and defense, supporting Federal Government and commercial sectors. The Buyer is responsible for procuring products within assigned planner codes in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Quality Technician assures all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps. The Production Planner manages production schedules and coordinates material and resource planning for the Prototype Department. The Weekend Production Supervisor supervises, coordinates, facilitates, and provides leadership to employees directly or through Group Leaders. The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the program to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with technical requirements. The Quote Analyst prepares cost estimates and price quotations on new business as well as redesigns of existing business within established deadlines. The Business Development Director has primary responsibility for ensuring that the performance center sales plan (AOP) is achieved and reports directly to senior management. The Program Manager Analyst supports the Program Manager and oversees assigned programs and customers to ensure that activities and customer orders are carried out in accordance with company standards.
