Paulo Ruiz became our chief executive officer on June 1, 2025, following his service as president and chief operating officer. He has reinforced continuity in our strategy, emphasizing sustainability, ethics, operational excellence and customer‑led growth. His leadership reflects disciplined execution, investment in high‑growth markets such as electrification and data centers, and the importance of maintaining our values‑based culture as we continue to grow globally.

We regularly ask our employees to share their perspectives through our global employee survey and we use this feedback to improve the employee experience. Most employees who participated said they were proud to work at Eaton. We also use structured listening approaches, including listening circles, to create space for employee dialogue and support.

Our Inclusion Eaton Resource Groups (iERGs) are an important part of our culture, supporting community‑building, professional development, cultural awareness and business engagement. We also offer a range of learning and development tools through Eaton University, our internal continuing education center, which provides online and instructor‑led courses to support lifelong learning. In addition, we offer mentorship programs and stretch assignment opportunities, including an open marketplace of projects that enable employees to build new skills by working on real business challenges beyond their day‑to‑day roles.
