ERM is seeking a Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Consulting Associate / Senior Associate to join ERM China. In this role, you will work closely with other consultants on climate change and sustainability related topics. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert global consulting company on challenging environmental projects for large industrial and global clients. Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental or Social Science, Environmental engineering, Sustainability, Climate Change or a related field
1 -2 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, climate change, social performance, and environmental assessment preferably in a consulting role
Good understanding of environmental and social impact assessment, ESG, GRI, Sustainability Reporting, SDGs implementation, climate action and circular economy including national and international laws/regulations/frameworks relevant to these subjects
A self-starter with demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively within multiple levels of consulting staff and client personnel
Good to have: project management skills and ability to manage assigned multiple tasks with remote supervision and tight projects timeline
Good report writing and presentation skills with high level proficiency of MS Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
