About the Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member who will direct and oversee the Marketing department. You will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of projects end-to-end, including paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns. As the Marketing Leader, you will also develop analytical methods to assess the performance of the marketing initiatives to allow for optimization based on proven successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • BPO experience required
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in media or analytics marketing experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies and plans
  • Strong background with digital marketing- Knowledge, experience, and ability to set direction across multiple digital platforms and channels (web, search engine marketing, digital display, targeted display, retargeting, OOT, organic and paid social, geofencing etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Previous B2B and B2C SaaS experience
  • Significant experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to measure ROI and set strategy
  • Experience with reporting and statistical platforms to create integrated visualizations of data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with and managing team sizes of 2-5 people
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones
