Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an assistant property manager in the multi-family industry
- Strong with rent collections and delinquency
- Leasing experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of property management platforms preferred (i.e., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
