<p>We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will own and scale Garner's field marketing strategy across the western region of the US, designing and executing the in-person programs that build the sales pipeline and accelerate revenue with the audiences who shape where companies send their healthcare dollars: benefits consultants and brokers, HR Benefits leaders, and our strategic partners.</p>

<p>This is a high-ownership role for a self-starter. You will run the full program lifecycle, from strategy and sales alignment through execution and pipeline attribution, and you will be accountable for the pipeline
