<p>We are looking for a Senior Manager of Insights to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a critical part of the marketing leadership team and be responsible for our storytelling engine. You will transform our proprietary data into industry-leading insights, positioning us as the most trusted partner for employers navigating the complexities of healthcare benefits. In this role, you will manage Garner’s thought leadership agenda and partner closely across our go-to-market, research and development, and leadership teams to turn our data into content that builds our brand and drives demand for our products.</p>

<h3><strong>Where you will work:</strong></h3>

<p>This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. </p>

<h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Manage the thought leadership process - from original hypothesis, to data analysis and research, to the ‘so what’- producing industry-leading insights about the healthcare system </li>

<li>Partner closely with Garner’s leadership to identify topics where Garner can offer a unique perspective and then conduct analysis and research into these topics</li>

<li>Produce presentations that translate complex data into compelling narratives</li>

<li>Deliver analysis and content specifically designed to support demand generation through channels such as webinars, Garner’s website, social media, and paid media</li>

<li>Support our leadership team in preparing for speaking opportunities and ensuring Garner executives bring a unique and additive perspective to the healthcare benefits conversation </li>

<li>Work cross-functionally across Garner’s Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and other teams in support of the above objections</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>The ideal candidate has:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in a role that involves rigorous analytics and storytelling, preferably in management consulting, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable insights-generation function</li>

<li>2+ years experience using SQL, Python, R, or other comparable tools to query, analyze, and manipulate data</li>

<li>Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment and experience in healthcare are preferred</li>

<li>The ability to robustly analyze and tell a clear story based on large and complex datasets, with a particular skill for finding the best way to communicate complex data points simply</li>

<li>The ability to communicate in a concise and compelling fashion, turning complex and technical content into a simple, clear, and memorable narrative </li>

<li>The ability to efficiently conduct third-party research leveraging academic and industry sources</li>

<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep cross-functional stakeholders on track</li>

<li>The confidence and interpersonal skills to brief senior leaders and prepare them for high-profile speaking engagements</li>

<li>A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback</li>

<h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3>

<p>The target salary range for this position is $175,000 - $195,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>
