As a Guest Connection Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient support across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing listings on Airbnb and other listing platforms, managing and optimizing job listings on Indeed and other applicable job boards, and using listing performance data to identify issues and optimization opportunities. Additionally, you will work collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to use listing performance data
Experience with Helium10 for listing performance monitoring
Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, or digital advertising
Experience with segmentation, automations, testing, and performance optimization
Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central platform
Experience with Supplement brands on Amazon
Solid experience in property management, real estate operations, and community association administration
