You are knowledgeable about spearheading major initiatives, strategically problem solving, and creating communication frameworks to put your plans into action. You love working on multiple projects with cross-functional departments, holding leadership accountable, and you thrive in an autonomous environment.&nbsp;

If that sounds like you, GLORIOUS! You might be the Temporary Project Manager our Operations team has been looking for! &nbsp;An ultimate control freak (in a good way) who loves managing product distribution, quality control, and supply chain projects.

**Note: This is a Full-Time TEMPORARY position from July 2026 through October 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul>

<li>Serve as the Temporary Project Manager for our Operations team focusing on planning, production, inventory management, order fulfillment and warehouse shipping/receiving. </li>

<li>Help create the dopest product management systems the world has ever seen </li>

<li>Be the force multiplier for the Chief Operations Officer by promoting accountability amongst department leadership and proactively providing support to achieve big-picture goals &amp; objectives </li>

<li>Focus on long-term planning by spearheading major initiatives not only between the department’s cross-functional teams (Distribution Center, Supply Chain, Planning &amp; Fulfillment), but also between cross-functional departments </li>

<li>Build and create project maps to ensure initiatives are set up for success with actionable milestones and clear communication plans for stakeholders </li>

<li>Create and present executive briefs to effectively and succinctly communicate important information to department leadership </li>

<li>Become the Asana conduit for the Chief Operations Officer, being the eyes and ears in the software to report on important status updates as needed </li>

<li>Effectively communicate and align with other department project managers to create the ultimate cohesion between cross-functional departments </li>

<li>Identify the need for and efficiently run working sessions to brainstorm, ideate, and align on solutions to strategically solve problems, increase efficiencies through systems/processes, and improve transparency&nbsp; </li>

<li>Support the execution of strategic initiatives to scale the brand to be one of the largest and most accessible eyewear brands in the world </li>

<li>Apply a customer obsessed mindset to design brand touchpoints that solve needs customers didn't know they had until they can't live without them </li>

<li>Build systems that turn bold, creative ideas into consistent results and effortless motion </li>

<li>This role is in the Operations team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer </li>

<li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li>

</ul>

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)</li>

<li>4+ years of experience in project management or in a closely-related field such as operations management (required) </li>

<li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Asana (that’s a must!) </li>

<li>A working knowledge of ERP systems and WMS (also a must!) </li>

<li>Bonus points if you have working knowledge of production planning, Netsuite, and RF Smart </li>

<li>An Excel whiz </li>

<li>Is excited to solve complex problems, spearhead department &amp; cross-department initiatives, and effectively build systems </li>

<li>Enthusiastically approaches opportunities to work with various teams </li>

<li>Has a proven ability to think strategically, focus on long-term goals and objectives, and build solid communication plans to clearly communicate to stakeholders </li>

<li>Is experienced in collaborating with company leadership and adapting to various stakeholder styles and needs </li>

<li>Loves holding people accountable and has mastered it </li>

<li>Has excellent multi-tasking skills </li>

<li>Strong communicator who lives into collaboration&nbsp; </li>

<li>Driven by personal growth and thrives in an environment of constant feedback </li>

<li>Is proactive and an independent problem solver! (Can you google a question?) </li>

WHAT YOU GET

<li style="font-weight: 300;">End date: October 2026</li>

<li style="font-weight: 300;">To be involved in the most exciting sunglasses brand to hit the athletic space</li>

<li>Paycheck....obviously. Hourly range: $45-$50/hr, final offer will be made within this range based on experience </li>
