<p data-start="161" data-end="395">This role exists to design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET systems for the Sport Math Team, ensuring high performance, resilience, and alignment with business objectives while mentoring engineers and improving development practices.</p>

<li data-start="1805" data-end="1955">Advanced C# skills, RESTful API development, asynchronous programming, and mastery of design/resilience patterns (DDD, CQRS, circuit breaker, etc.).</li>

<li data-start="1958" data-end="2069">Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.</li>

<li data-start="2072" data-end="2172">Hands-on experience with Kafka, high-load system optimization, caching, and distributed computing.</li>

<li data-start="2175" data-end="2265">Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.</li>

<li data-start="2268" data-end="2374">Strong focus on testing (xUnit, NUnit), monitoring (Serilog, App Insights), and secure coding practices.</li>

<li data-start="2377" data-end="2460">Proven experience mentoring peers and driving technical decisions in Agile teams.</li>

<li data-start="2463" data-end="2516">Upper-Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.</li>
