<p data-path-to-node="2">We're looking for a strong individual contributor who owns complex backend features end-to-end — from technical design through production delivery. You'll work independently on challenging problems, write high-quality code at scale, and raise the bar for the team by mentoring less experienced engineers and maintaining engineering standards through thorough code reviews.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering complex systems.</p>

<li>Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.</li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Understanding of system design: microservices, event-driven architecture, resilient patterns, delivery guarantees, CAP theorem.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Database knowledge: relational and non-relational databases, SQL optimization, indexing, normalization/denormalization, ACID properties, transaction isolation.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes basics, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Strong problem-solving skills: ability to break down ambiguous problems, make pragmatic decisions, and communicate reasoning clearly.</p>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Advanced proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, including runtime internals, event loop, async programming, and core modules.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Advanced TypeScript: strict typing, generics, decorators, utility types, and metaprogramming patterns used in NestJS. </p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using NestJS (modules, providers, guards, interceptors, microservices transport, Swagger).</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Event-driven architecture: Kafka for async messaging, BullMQ for background job processing.</p>

</li>

<li>Cloud & infrastructure: AWS SDK (S3, Bedrock), Docker/Docker Compose, Prometheus metrics, GitLab CI/CD</li>
