<p data-start="301" data-end="415">This role exists to build and scale a seamless, efficient, and human-centered office environment across locations. You’ll help us create a workspace where teams can do their best work — by owning office operations, enabling hybrid work, and ensuring our infrastructure, vendors, and internal services run smoothly at scale.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll drive:</strong></h2>

<p><strong>Strategy & outcomes</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Define and evolve a company-wide workplace strategy across multiple offices and hybrid setup.</li>

<li>Align workplace operations with business goals, growth plans, and expansion strategy.</li>

<li>Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization across all locations.</li>

<li>Establish and track KPIs for operational excellence and employee experience.</li>

<li>Design scalable standards, policies, and systems for all current and future offices.</li>

</ul>

<div><strong>Delivery & execution</strong></div>

<ul>

<li>Own end-to-end office operations across multiple locations.</li>

<li>Lead office launches in new locations, from vendor sourcing and negotiations to setup and go-live.</li>

<li>Ensure reliable, high-quality day-to-day operations across all workplaces.</li>

<li>Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, and service delivery at scale.</li>

<li>Oversee travel operations and company-wide mobility support.</li>

<li>Build and continuously improve administrative processes, tools, and systems.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Stakeholder & cross-team collaboration</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Partner closely with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to ensure aligned workplace operations.</li>

<li>Act as GR8 Tech-wide owner of workplace-related topics.</li>

<li>Support leadership with insights, reporting, and recommendations.</li>

<li>Ensure clear, consistent communication across offices and locations.</li>

</ul>

<li>Build, lead, and scale a distributed office/admin team across locations.</li>

<li>Define team structure, roles, and ways of working.</li>

<li>Set goals, track performance, and drive accountability.</li>

<li>Foster a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.</li>

<li>Support growth and development of team members.</li>

</ul>

<div><strong>Discovery & decisions</strong></div>

<ul>

<li>Analyze office usage, employee needs, and workplace data to inform decisions.</li>

<li>Evaluate and implement tools and systems (desk booking, attendance, travel, etc.).</li>

<li>Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and scaling.</li>

<li>Make data-informed decisions on locations, vendors, and operational models.</li>

</ul>

<li data-section-id="1a51mvs" data-start="2682" data-end="2765">5+ years in Office Administration / Operations, including leadership experience. </li>

<li data-section-id="lfbcds" data-start="2766" data-end="2850">Proven experience managing office operations at scale (multi-location is a plus). </li>

<li data-section-id="1lx2ct0" data-start="2851" data-end="2911">Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills. </li>

<li data-section-id="19yelwt" data-start="2912" data-end="2972">Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. </li>

<li data-section-id="xujdw" data-start="2973" data-end="3038">Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. </li>

<li data-section-id="d8zlib" data-start="3039" data-end="3114">Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities. </li>

<li data-section-id="1dv8q9a" data-start="3115" data-end="3164">Fluent English (for cross-team communication). </li>

<p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p>
