<p data-path-to-node="7">This role exists to <strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="20">scale our market presence and drive high-quality lead generation.</strong> You’ll help us hit aggressive growth targets by owning the entire media lifecycle—from strategic channel selection to the final click and conversion.</p>

<li data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand is where our audience lives.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="10,1,0">Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate business goals into high-performing campaign structures and KPIs.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="10,2,0">Audit market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="12,0,0">Ship data-driven ad placements, managing significant budgets with a relentless focus on ROI and efficient fund allocation.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="12,1,0">Measure real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics, pivoting strategies instantly when data reveals a bottleneck.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="12,2,0">Scale winning campaigns while ruthlessly cutting underperforming spend to maintain a lean, high-impact engine.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="17,1,0">You understand the long-tail conversion cycle and how to reach professional decision-makers.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="17,2,0">Deep technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="17,3,0">You’ve navigated the complexities of regulated or high-risk industries and know how to get ads approved where others fail.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="17,4,0">You don’t just "look" at data; you use GA4 and platform tools to drive 10% MoM improvements.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="17,5,0">Upper-intermediate or higher (you’ll be communicating across global markets).</li>
