<p data-path-to-node="2">The purpose of this role is to independently configure, maintain, and optimize Talent Applications to meet business needs and ensure HR data integrity and compliance. It drives the implementation, integration, and user support of HR Tech systems across the organization. The position bridges HR requirements with technical execution while managing application performance and vendor communications.</p>
