<p>As a Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications across our backend stack based on <strong>.NET, Node.js, Go</strong> and related technologies. You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, shape product direction, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10"><strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">Architecture & Execution</strong></p>

<li data-path-to-node="11,0,0">Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures across our .NET stack.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="11,1,0">Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="11,2,0">Deliver clean code to production in a timely manner, balancing business speed with technical excellence.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="11,3,0">Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.</li>

<p data-path-to-node="12"><strong data-path-to-node="12" data-index-in-node="0">Engineering Quality & Observability</strong></p>

<li data-path-to-node="13,0,0">Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality, security, and industry best practices.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="13,1,0">Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability and flawless production performance.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="13,2,0">Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="13,3,0">Create and maintain concise, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture.</li>

<p data-path-to-node="14"><strong data-path-to-node="14" data-index-in-node="0">Collaboration & Leadership</strong></p>

<li data-path-to-node="15,0,0">Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, actively fostering their technical growth.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="15,1,0">Partner with Delivery Managers to lead and manage software development projects, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="15,2,0">Collaborate closely with product management, design, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="15,3,0">Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear project updates.</li>

</ul>

<h2 data-path-to-node="17">What makes you a GR8 fit:</h2>

<ul>

<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery.</li>

<li>Deep hands-on expertise in <strong>C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+</strong>).</li>

<li>Commercial experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with <strong data-path-to-node="21,0,0" data-index-in-node="69">Golang </strong>and <strong data-path-to-node="21,0,0" data-index-in-node="85">Node.js</strong>.</li>

<li>Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.</li>

<li>Experience working REST API and web services.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization.</li>

<li>Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.</li>

<li>Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.</li>

<li>Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.</li>

<li>Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.</li>

<li>Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.</li>

<li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.</li>

<li>Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.</li>

<li>Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.</li>

<li>Intermediate+ English level. </li>
