About the Role

At Grow Therapy, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Hospital & Health Care space, Empowering providers, connecting clients, transforming mental healthcare access.

About Us: Grow was born to tackle a critical challenge: making mental health care more effective and accessible for everyone. Since launching in 2020, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, and we've barely scratched the surface. We do it through a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Every solution we build reveals ten more waiting to be delivered, and that's just what gets us going. We've backed that ambition with more than $328M in funding, including our Series D at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. At Grow, the work you do can literally change someone's life. Your work here doesn't stay on a screen; it impacts whether someone can find, afford, and access quality care. That ambition sets us apart, and offers you an endless runway to impact one of the world's most urgent issues. We don’t have passenger seats here. Everyone is driving something that matters. This work deserves real commitment. So if you thrive on meeting problems head on, untangling serious complexity, and working at pace with the sharpest yet kindest people around, you've come to the right place. The Opportunity: We are looking for a Sr. Growth Manager, Employer Partnerships to build and scale the conversion journey across our employer partner categories. In this role, you'll own account-based demand generation and qualified lead conversion end to end—accountable for both strategy and execution across all channels You will manage paid channels, build and optimize landing pages and the full conversion funnel, execute tactics like webinars and gifting, own Lifecycle marketing, and find new growth channels that ensure we hit our scale and efficiency goals while also building strong brand recognition and favorability with employers You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Creative to develop ABM strategies, accelerate performance outcomes against those strategies, and ultimately build this program into one of our most successful growth channels. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our approach to account targeting, lead quality, funnel health, and sustainable yet rapid growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned ABM marketer who has run employer growth in a fast-growing healthcare organization before—scrappy yet strategic, with strong customer instincts and a bias for action, deep fluency in account-based B2B lifecycles, paid channels, landing pages, and full-funnel optimization, and a track record of both 0→1 and 1→many. You are equally versed in how to run efficient, targeted account-based programs at scale and in how to identify and build entirely new growth channels from the ground up. You're excellent at working with your cross-functional partners to build the right account architecture and enrichment levels that scale and achieve our goals. What You Will Be Doing: Build the ABM roadmap for generating qualified leads across the employer segment, from segmentation to deployment strategy to conversion Own all paid channels end to end—planning, execution, budget pacing, and optimization against efficiency and volume targets Build, test, and optimize landing pages and the full conversion funnel to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and experience Plan and execute account-based tactics including webinars, gifting, and lifecycle communications to engage, nurture, and convert target accounts Partner with Sales and RevOps to build and own the account-based customer journey and funnel across every stage, from first touch to qualified lead Identify, test, and scale new growth channels to expand reach into target employer accounts and improve our MQL rates Support events—both owned and third-party—to spark conversation and favorability, and deepen relationships with target accounts Create and manage learning agendas and experiment frameworks that validate performance and inform prioritization Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that support transparency, efficiency, and improved results that all of Partnerships can leverage Stay current with competitive insights, growth trends, channel shifts, and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for scale and efficiency This role is based in our New York, NY hub, where we require an in-office presence three days per week. You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have: 7+ years of experience in demand gen or growth marketing, with deep, hands-on account-based marketing (ABM) experience - ideally in healthcare or health-tech A proven track record of building and scaling enterprise account-based lead-generation funnels that drive measurable business outcomes over time Demonstrated expertise managing all paid channels, building landing pages, and optimizing multi-stage conversion funnels against scale and efficiency goals Hands-on experience running account-based tactics such as webinars, gifting, content/thought leadership, and events Experience partnering with Enterprise Sales teams and driving towards shared goals Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations A genuine obsession with the customer and a habit of grounding every decision in customer behavior and needs A strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to set long-term direction while executing near-term objectives with excellence Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams A steady, proactive, solutions-oriented approach when navigating ambiguity or competing priorities A relentless focus on measurable impact and driving real, measurable business growth Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $161,000–$197,000 USD Annually This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from our NYC, hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
