Requirements

2+ years of high level Construction Management experience overseeing over $100M in installed revenue (exterior home remodeling experience is preferred).
Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations.
Master our in-home sales process.
Manager-in-Training (Sales Leadership Track).
Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams.
Complete residential service and warranty repairs across a variety of exterior home improvement products.
