About the Role

Responsible for driving and achieving area sales goals by implementing company strategies, while developing and leading a sales team to maximize sales volume and profitability for Homebound Technologies, Inc.. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales pipeline, managing the contract process, collaborating on sales forecasts, and submitting sales activity reports. Management responsibilities involve staffing, recruiting, delegating work, evaluating performance, providing developmental opportunities, and continuous coaching. The role has decision impact at the area/division level, single department responsibility, budgetary responsibility, and involves direct and indirect reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 7 years related functional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level
  • Appropriate license or certifications required by the state
  • New home sales experience (6 months minimum)
  • Leadership experience (12 months minimum)
  • Computer proficiency (email, work processing, operations, etc.)
