<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>

<p>Hungryroot is looking for an Employee Experience Lead to be the architect of what it feels like to work here! This role owns the full employee experience arc, including culture, engagement, internal communications, learning and development, onboarding, workplace operations, and company events. You'll partner closely with People leadership and business leaders across Hungryroot to build a workplace that's connected, energized, and set up to perform at its best, fueling Hungryroot's next stage of growth.</p>

<p>This is a hybrid role. On average, you will be in the office 3 days per week.&nbsp;</p>
